You are suffering from anemia, and it is definitely not okay to have hemoglobin 6.5%
you need to take iron and folic acid tablets at least for three months. I will advise you to visit any doctor, so that he can evaluate which type of anemia you're having, and find out the cause for your low hemoglobin. once again let me be clear to tell you that you need to visit a doctor.
