Hematogram Results Of Child Showed Elevated Lymphocytes, Low Eosinophils Count. Worrisome?

my 3 yr old male son had hematogram results were as below: hemglobin 8 g/dL, Packed Cell Vol 26.30%, Leucocute Count 8.12 thou/mm3, Pltelet Count 403 thou/mm3, Lymphocytes 47.70 %(above range), Eosinophils 0.50 %(below range), rest was within range. Could you see and suggest anything serious in this report.
