Help me with hair loss problem because of dandruff.

I suggest you use a shampoo called Nizoral which contains ketoconazole. you can use it only once a week and continue with any other mild shampoo on other days. The side effect of this medicine is it might have hair fall in certain users. So you might have to be careful about it.

Since you have been using products such as head& shoulders it would be a good idea to swicth to shampoos which contain ketoconazole such nizoral twice weekly.Home solution are to soak fenugreek seeds overnight make a paste out of it and apply for 20 min before bath once or twice weekly this too is effective if done in reguler basis.

but u should apply it properly
-first wash ahir with H&S to remove dust and dirt
-wash with water
-then apply nizral shampoo mainly over scalp
-massage with ur fingertip for one minute
-keep it in for 5 more minute
-wash with water
-dry ur hair as early as possible
because wet hair create more dandruff

The best thing for dandruff is 2% ketoconazole + ZPTO shampoo .Use it twice a week.If this doesn't help you then use a shampoo containing ciclopioxiolamine in it.Use your finger tips to apply shampoo to the base of hair or scalp.Home remedies look very impressive when we hear about it ,but they hardly work and take away lot of our time preparering it.Also there is no standardization of such home remedies.There are certain medications also which are given in sever dandruff .This can be prescribed by a dermatologist only.
