H pylori is a bacteria and this needs to be eradicated by taking proper medication. However this needs no diet restriction.Spicy, oily foods should be avoided to prevent acidity.Suggest you to get proper treatment under medical supervision by taking physician's opinion.Hope this helps.Take care.Get well soon.
