I read your question ,
growth in height of a human being is due to hGH(=human growth hormone
) produced by the pitutary gland. generally male persons can grow up to an age of 21 years,this growth is governed by various factors like genes , nutrition,physical exercise etc.
on the leg is no where related to your problem, so you need not worry about it.
i would recommend you to eat calcium rich food like fish,leafy vegetables and drink milk ,and bone soup etc.
