Heavy, Short Period After Second Child's Birth. Severe Pain In Vagina, Feeling Sick, Dizzy. Reason?

a year a go I had my second child, since then I have noticed my periods have been heavy over a shorter period of time, but now I have extreme pain in my vaginal area, like gravity and pressure are all working against me, I can t stand in one position for 2 long without feeling sick and dizzy. The pain really is quite bad and I have to take pain killers
