Heavy Periods, Lower Back Pain. Ultrasound Shows Cysts In Ovary. History Of Endometriosis. Treatment?

Hi. I had a routine ultrasound done n they found a cyst on my right ovary . To give u the background we have a history of endo in our family. Off late my periods wr heavy n v painful. N have been feeling pain n pressure on my rite side plus lower bak ache. The ultra sound report says right ovary is enlarged and replaced by well defined hypoechoic lesions measuring 4.2 and 3.9. Partially its showing multiple echogenic septates and diffuse echoes and partially it s showing the cystic component. So what does all this mean. Pls help. M 29 n no kids.
