Heavy Period, Back Pain, Stomach Bloating, Weight Gain, Two Periods Last Month. Scan Detected Uterine Fibroids. Treatment?

I had two period last month late this month. My period is heavy and the back pain are killing me my what fell like they going to fall off my stomach looks lie IM 6 months pregnant. I found out I had fibroids when I was pregnant now I wounder if it s getting worst and should I go to the emergency room I also gain 15 ponds in 2 Weeks

Fibroids are slow growing one, pain during periods do seen due to fibroid.
If you have severe pain could be complication of fibroid. Better to get examined by qualified doctor.
Irregular bleed and heavy bleed do seen in fibroid.
