Heavy Menstrual Flow, Bleeding During Sex, Extreme Abdominal Pain After Sex, Mid-cycle Spotting. Cause?
the past 3 months i have noticed i am having heavier periods every month so much so i am bleeding thru heavy tampons, heavy panty liners and my clothing, i am having very noticable bleeding during sex , (not after) with extreme abdominal pain after sex. i am also having slight spotting between periods. what could be causing this?

Heavy bleeding during sex or period may be due to cervical polyp or growth, uterine fibroid, endometriosis, adenomyosis, thyroid disturbance etc.
I suggest you to undergo one pelvic examination and pelvic ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist regarding this.
