Heavy Headed, Swollen Eyes, Dry Mouth And Throat. History Of Diarrhea And Intake Of Allegra For Allergy. Dehydration?

My eyes feel swollen (although they don't look it) and my head feels heavy with a slight headache. My mouth and throat also feels dry. I had diarrhea for the past three days and have eaten only saltine crackers, plain white rice with some boiled chicken, drank water, coconut juice and seven-up. I took immodium only yesterday and I also took 1 Allegra for allergies. My diarrhea finally stopped this morning but the heavy headed feeling and dry mouth and throat remains. Am I dehydrated or is this something else?

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
your dehyderation is causing it
take lot of fluids in form of juices glucase saline and other liquids
take 3-4 glasses warm water in morning at a stretch
no oily geesy foods
you can continue allegra if need arises
take metrogyl 200 mg bd for 3 days to counter any infection if left
can apply glycerine locally over the throat area if more dry
