I am having dark brown/black discharge... It's really clumpy... It's really heavy and gets in my panties sometimes.. It's mainly worse when I wipe...My period isn't supposed to be until around the 20th.. I have been doing this for about a week.. I am not and have never been sexually active..and I'm not pregnant.. Could you tell me what is wrong with me?

Hello,

Heavy dark brown black discharge may be due to ovarian cyst or PCOS if you have previous irregular period. Other causes are pelvic or vaginal infection, old endometrial tissue & blood clots, hormonal imbalance etc. Kindly, consult with your doctor and do some investigation like USG scan, vaginal swab test etc.
