Heavy Chest, Loss Of Voice Sometimes, Stream Of Blood In Nose. Possible Causes ?

The symtpoms only come after being in one room at work. I get a heavy chest that lasts all night even hours after being in the room. I sometimes loose my voice, but am in no real pain. In the mornings (only after being in the room the day before) I have a stream of blood in my nose that I spit out. My boss has promised to test the air (new ventilation system put in recently - I had no problems before!), but they don`t know what to look for. What can be the cause?

Indoor air pollution may lead to all these. If you never had anything before, probably changing the indoor environment may help.
