Heavy Bleeding With Large Clots, Abdominal Cramps. Usually Pain Free Periods Now Taking Pain Killers

i'm 43 years old and for the past 3 months, I have been experiencing very heavy bleeding with large clots., and severe abdominal cramps. I just to have short periods before and pain free. now I have to take pills every 4 to 6 hours to relieve my pain. I find myself changing pads every hour. yesterday when I came out of the shower blood was running down my legs.

Hi, it is the typical pre menopausual change, it may last for few months during the period till the menopause, till that time you should keep the medicines to relieve the symptoms. The other causes may be the infection, anemia, or some mailgnancy or benign changes in the uterus, or cervix.
so i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
