Hi thanks for your question.
Fatigue could be due to decrease in haemoglobin due to loss of blood from anus. There are few common causes of bleeding through anus.Haemorrides are most common cause ,followed by anal fissure, rectal polyp, solitary rectal ulcer, proctitis, ulcerative colitis and finally cancer of rectum.I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon who may examine you and may perform proctoscopy/sigmoidoscopy on you to determine cause of bleeding through anus.
Hope this answers your question.

HELLO,
THANKS FOR POSTING YOUR QUERY AND USING HCM.
YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE THOSE OF HEAMORRHOIDS AND THE REASON YOUR FEELING FATIGUED IS PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE LOST A LOT OF BLOOD. YOU NEED TO VISIT THE HOSPITAL SO YOU GET CHECKED TO SEE HOW MUCH YOUR BLOOD LEVEL IS AND INTERVENTIONS CARRIED OUT.
YOU WILL ALSO NEED SUPPOSITORIES LIKE ANUSOL THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ITCHING AND ANAL PAIN. KINDLY ENSURE YOU TAKE LOTS OF FIBRE MEALS TO HELP SOFTEN YOUR STOOL BECAUSE CONSTIPATION WORSENS SYMPTOMS OF HEMORRHOIDS.
THANKS. WISHING YOU QUICK RECOVERY.
DR. MICHAEL
