Heaviness In Chest After Drinking Energy Packet Fast. What Is This?
Hi uhm. Well. My mother wanted go shopping so I agreed to go with her. I was pretty hungry and she gave me this energy packet. In Japan they sell these packets that have little jello bits in them. While I was in the car, I drank it pretty fast. Now my chest is just feeling heavy..also when I drink water it doesnt take the feeling away. Now my stomach feels weird. What is this?

I think you should not be worried too much for this. As you drink it really fast it distends your stomach rapidly and this distended stomach prevented the descent of diaphragm that is causing sense of heaviness within you.
I think it will be corrected by itself as time will go on.
