Heat Through Hands, Feet And Face Causing Darkness And Wrinkles, Suffer With Severe Constipation. Help?
Hi doctor, I qm 28 yrs old female. Heat comes out from my hands and feet . Sometimes heat comes out from my face also. My feets and hands have turned black and wrinkled because of this or may be any other reason.My hands are wrinkled as if I am 60yrs old. I have so many skin problems. Few doctors said its a deficiency of vitamins or some allergy I have a severe constipation problem since childhood. I have consulted so many doctors and dematoligist but no use. Please help me.

It interests me that you say you have heat coming out of your hands & feet. You must be from somewhere up in the North of India. I am based ijn Bangalore & down south, the common refrain is 'Body heat'!
Having said this, it does appear you are concerned about your ageing issues & have multiple other issues that need addressing.
Dermatology sadly is a very 'visual' line & a hands-on line. It will be great if you could present yourself to me at my clinics if in & around Bangalore!
You will do well with 'Mesotherapy'. This is a broad term that basically involves the injection of substances within or into the skin & hair to help 'rejuvenate' your skin!
