I understand your concern.
You have mentioned that your heart rate
was confirmed to be 96 bpm on one particular occasion, and you also mention that it remains around 95-100 bpm while you are resting, all these readings are within normal limits, definitely on the higher side but nonetheless within normal limits, so what I feel is that you get anxious while you start counting your heart rate. So this is not a thing to worry about.
I advice you to be relaxed and don't worry too much about the heart rate. You can get the ECG repeated a few more times or else you can undergo a test called Holter monitoring, which records the ECG for 24 hours. And you can as well get a thyroid
profile done. These tests will clear all your doubts.
