Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In patients with hiatus hernia the symptoms you have mentioned are common but you need to get ruled out from cardiac causes too. Try to have an ECG to rule out other cardiac causes. For indigestion take gelucil or tab.pantop. Thank you.
