Heart Racing While On Road. Why Did I Panic?
so iam driving down the road then suddenly something in my chest starts beating up and down very fast as if i got done running a marathon in wich case i hate running!!! i cant say if it was my heart or sumthing else..as this was happing to me i was breathing fine buh freaking out at the same time.. this happen to me 2 times in one day last week. i neeed to know what is going on with my body!??

It is likely that you might have angina type of pain causing this type of complain.
Go for ECG and if require go for tread meal test.
