Heart Pounding Sensation. Stopped Caffeine, Sugar, Alcohol. Due To Lack Of Estrogen?

Hi- I am 62 yr old female in good health. Occasionally at night (early AM) I have experienced a spurt of heartpounding . This does not occur during the day. I have cut out caffiene, sugar, any alcohol and no food after 7PM. It has definately helped. Wondering if lack of estrogen could cause the problem as I am not taking any drugs for anything.

but yes it can be caused by caffiene, alcohol any tea and smoking
its good that you have already stop all above things ,

if symptoms persist then consult your family physician and do basic investigation like EKG , Hb , thyroid profile and as advised by your family physician
