Hi! I am experiencing low blood pressure with palpitations companied by a mild headache, nausea , and few mild cramps in my mid chest. I ve had an ekg that was normal with a slow heart beat ( cardiology report). When my heart starts racing I have to take a deep breath. When my bp is lowest I feel so exhausted all I want to do is take a nap.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The details are not descriptive enough to lead to a diagnosis.
It could be Sick Sinus Syndrome.
It may be Ischemic Heart Disease.

Proper treatment demands prompt diagnosis and the diagnosis needs investigation.
You need investigations.

HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) /
LABORATORY work-up – will all be necessary for proper assessment and assistance. You may even need Electro Physiological Studies (EPS)
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
Medicine is well advanced nowadays – management is possible for almost all situations...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
