General & Family Physician 's  Response
Your Palpitations may be related to heart issue or may be due to Stress or Anxiety.
Do one thing get your EKG done when you feel palpitations. Your EKG will rule out whether it is related to heart or anxiety. Other other specific investigation was required.
If it is related to heart than it may be Atrial fibrillation(AF) or PSVT. Both the condition are treatment by medications like beta blockers or calcium channel blockers.
If it is related to anxiety that you need to be relax and have some time with your dear ones.
Consult your doctor and get to a diagnosis.
