Heart Hurting When I Move And Turn Shoulder. Should I Be Worry ?

Hello my heart has been hurting when i move. Not every time i move but when i turn or turn my shoulders. It is not a sharp pain i don t think and it goes away when i am not turned. I am worried about this should i see a doctor? Should i be worried?

thanks for query,
it seems that you are having muscular pain, and hacing lack of physical activity.
If you are elderly then possible that you might have cervical spondilitis.
go for ECG to rule out cardiac pain.
Do regular exercise like swimming,running,
Take green veges,fruits,
Ok and bye.
