My friend took Diltiazem and Promethazine, and she says that her heart feels cold and her heart is beating slow. She also says she feels light headed. Should she go to the ER?

hello... do not self medicate its not safe.. yes she should consult her doctor.. it can be a reaction n side effects of the medicine taken
