Heart Beating Very Fast. Why Is It Happening?

Hi my name is mikey,
i would like to know what the heck is going on with my heart. i have these heart attacks where my heart is going 100+ per minute for hours. I've been to a doctor for it, done the tests. still no answer for what i can do about this problem of mine. its affecting my life. i'm only 24. please if you know anything that would help me that would be awesome

Thanks for query on HCM.
Some patients might have 100 heart rate normally.
It is upper level normal if you don't have any symptoms.
Otherwise 100+ is called tachycardia.Go for certain investigations like cbc,rbs,renal profile,thyroid profile.
Go for ECG,ECHO to rule out any cardiac condition under guidance of physician.
Avoid any stress,anxiety.
Go for yoga,meditation.
Consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis and management.
