Heart Beating Fast And Feeling Sick. Is This A Disease ?

Iv been Fighting the flu for about 3-5 days now.Im starting to get better. However In the mornings and sometimes during the day if i over do myself my heart rate will rise a little bit and it causes me to feel like im going to throw up.. is this due to something from me being sick? I also take Thyroid meds but just started taking them again a day ago since i wasn t able to when i was sick. Im going to be 27 in 9 days and i weight 259 pounds. Was 270 but lost 11 due to being sick.

Its usual to have bit of tachycardia and palpitation when recovering from flu, but if you feel too uncomfortable or dizzi you need to see a physician or a cardiologist
