Hearing Problem. Diagnosed Right Sided Choncha Bullosa And Sinus Problems. Treatment?

My mom has hearing problem, cannot hear low frequency sounds...
Went to doctor for checking, and had got MRI done, where it was seen that. My mom has right sided choncha bullosa in middle turbinate. Deviation of nasal septum towards left side and polypoid mucosal thickening involving left maxillary sinus.
I want to know how this problem affects? Does it have any impact on hearing loss? If so what surgeries has to be done or what treatment has to be taken???

IF SENSORINEURAL LOSS IT IS NERVE LOSS WITH NO CHANCE OF REVIVAL
BUT FOR SINUSUITIS TAKE TAB SEPTILIN 1 TAB BD
TAB ALLEREA 1 TAB OD
SYP PIRITON 1.2 TSF NIGHT
SYP GELUSIL 1 TSF BD
APPLY NEOSPORIN H EYE OINTMENT IN NOSE BD
PUT SEA Water drop[s 2 drops at nigh in each nose
do for 3 months she will be fine
septoplasty for deflected septu does not have any favourabl effect after surgery in these casres
