Hearing Heart Beat On Right Ear. Have Anxiety Problem. Heart Ultrasound And Blood Work Normal

Hi ive been hearing heart beat on right ear? for over four months now.. Its been going on for years, comes and goes. I have anxiety. Ive had heart ultra sound and blood work and everything was normal. Also EKG and normal to. My blood pressure is normal all the time.. What does this mean?
