Headaches With Burning Sensation, Stiff Neck, Nausea. Temporary Relief With Excedrin Migraine Pills, Toradol, Morphine. Cure?

Hi I've been having head pains for about 5 weeks now. It started as a small headache in my forehead and then it moved to the back of my head with a burning sensation. I also had a stiff neck for a week and a half with it. I would feel Nauseated once the back of my head started burning. I would take Excedrin migraine pills but it only takes the edge off of the pain temporarily and it comes back. After the first 2 weeks the stiffness in neck went away along with the burning in back of head. Once that went away the pain went back to my forehead where it felt like a really bad sinus headache. I was feeling a lot of pressure and pain. I went to the hospital and they gave me some Toradol and Morphine to bring the pain down. Right now I'm just feeling a irritating pinching sensation in the top right side of my head but it's not a headache. If i do any activities it starts to feel like sharp stabbing pain and it sometimes feels like it's getting kind of hot and i might even feel some nausea. The pain right now doesn't seem as bad as when it first started. Can you tell me what this could be and what ways i can use to help treat the pain? We think it might be migraines or pinched nerve but were not sure.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Now you can not take any chance, this is right time to come on any diagnosis for your headache, assumption, ideas will create more problems , better go for ct scan of head first, then and then one can think any thing else, consult to some good neuro-physician and discus it with it have nice day.
