Headaches, Vision Problem. MRI Shows Small Lesion, Ultrasound, EEG, CTS Done, Cause Not Identified. Suggestions?

Hi, I am 28 female. I have headaches daily, eye/vision issues, random black outs. On my MRI it shows a small lesion, I've heard its a tumour, a venous area, aneurysm, lesion, spot. My last dr suggested which no spot appeared on. I've had a spinal which came back with slightly high protein in my csf. I had 3 rbc in my first tube and 0 in my last so they ruled out lyms (this would have been my third time at lymes in nmy spine) I have had an ekg, heart monitor, ultrasound of my heart, eeg, MRI, mra, cts. My doctor says that he is clueless. That there is def. Something wrong but he has no idea, all my blood work is good but my wbc and my immature wbc are off. Any ideas?

Hi
Thank for choosing HCM, It is little bit difficult to say anything without going through the MRI documentation, and other test reports, get it confirm that the MIR study is plain, or enhanced, if it is plain then go for enhanced, if it is enhanced then CT guided ingiography should be tested, this could clear the picture, In asia tubercular lesion is common (Tuberculoma ) your increased CSF protein indicative of this infection, you need to ruled out the possibility of it,, go for ESR too, have a nice day.
