Headaches, Tiredness, Cramps In Abdomen, Vaginal Bleeding, Spotting, Missed Periods. Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

Could there be a possibility that i could be pregnant if i have been experiencing headaches , extreme tiredness, on my right lower abdoman i have slight cramping that has been coming and going for about two weeks. I missed my period for jan but started on the 1st of feb bleed for 2 days then spotted on the 3rd then nothing.

Hi there ~

Please get a pregnancy test done. It is common to have intermenstrual bleeding but would be better to confirm pregnancy if that is the case. I also recommend that you repeat the urine pregnancy test within a week if you do not have any symptoms. Please consult an obstetrician if you have or continue to have symptoms for a complete pelvic examination and an ultrasound scan. I hope this helps.
