Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion your doctor mentioned you about temporomandibular joint disorders. Which may be due to injury,grinding or clenching of teeth,dislocation of joint over there,osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis of tmj and stress. The symptoms include the same as you mentioned above.
