Headaches, Sebaceous Cyst In Back Near Skull, Pain In Jaw, Swollen Gums, Trouble Swallowing. Are These Connected?

Is there a connection?
Sebeceous cyct on back of neck left side close to spine and near bone knob on back of skull. 3cm diameter according to the scan.

Headaches (like cluster headaches (I have cyclothymia) but not quite) like migranes, but not. continuous pain across skull and behind the eyes

Pain in jaw area of (erm) submandibular gland. I have two (one on each lower jaw outer) 2cm long swollen gums
get bad taste in mouth and smells horrible. (All teeth removed 3 years ago cos badly rotten)
dry mouth often. Gummy saliva, nausea

funny sensation on left side of face from just above the eyes across nose and just missing right side of throat. bit like the numbess in my feet ( altered sensation, that you can't quite put your finger on but it is definitely erm not there)
Tongue sensitive to heat from my hot drinks right side but not on left. texture sensation affected but not anything else.
odd feeling in throat like the left 4/5ths isnt there.
gummy mucus in throat often.
trouble swallowing

I have diabetes 2. am very overweight. advanced peripheral neuropathy, plus extensive neuropathic pain.

take amyltriptoline for headaches
pregabalin max dose for neropathic pain
lots of pills for diabetes.
statin, lisinopril,
aspririn

6' 3 330lbs male 49y old.

the lump is causing neckaches and headaches i think. but is the neck lump connected to the face?
is the facial thing kinda serious?

am seeing a doctor friday for office visit. what questions should i ask?

I really appreciate your guts even after having so many health issues you are really fighting well with all of your diseases, let me tell you that all your health issues are very much differ from each other and they must be having separate reasons and that all need to be treated separately, and I think that all will come around once you will start neglecting them, you can ask your doctor that how log these all will get alright have nice day.
