Headaches On The Right Of Head With Numbness In Hands And Feet, Body Tingling, Nose Bleeding. Any Advice?

Hi, for the past 8 weeks i have been haing aweful headaches in the right side of my head. This usally comes with numbness of my hand and foot o that side and a tingly feeling in the rest of my right side f my body. Ive been feeling very aggitated and annoyed with everything and suddenly now have a nose bleed in my right nostril only. Any advice?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Your nose bleeding and your headache with tingling sensation will not be related to each other. Your nose bleeding is not something to worry about as the most common cause is local trauma. You can visit a ear nose throat doctor ones who can locally examine you.
The tingling with headache is something which will need investigations. There is no need to panic at this stage bur aneurysm can lead to this kind of symptom. Hence a MRI scan of the brain will be advised.
Other reason could be cervical vertebra degeneration. This will require an MRI scan of the cervical vertebra.
