Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

It wil be helpful if you describe more on your headaches like :-
1. Whether your headaches are localized to one side only or generalized?
2.Any visual disturbance during headaches?

Migraine headaches are one sided and are usually associated with nausea.
They can be triggered in females during menstural cycles.

Pain in stomach can be due to increased acidity and gas production as a result of missed meals or less eating, which itself can trigger migraine headache.

You can take antacid Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg once a day along with Paracetamol 500 mg. This will give some relief to your symptoms.
Take medicines after getting yourself examined by a Physician.

Also take care of your food. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Also avoid emotional/mental stress.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
