Headaches, Loss Of Concentration, Dizziness, Depression. Prescribed Nexito. Treatment Options?

From past 10 days,i m suffering from headache in the middle and both sides of the head.Following are the symptoms:Causes pain that feels pressing or tightening,inactivity,lack of concentration,sensitivity to sound and light, dizziness ,irritation,short tempered,quick decisions, depression etc.I have consulted a doctor and he have prescribed me a tablet called NEXITO 10mg.Can u pls let me know is this the exact medicine to oversome my problem??

Nexito is also called as escitalopram oxalate, which is a good anti-depression medicine used to relive depression and anxiety disorder.

I can surely say that, according to your history findings that this drug is good for you, if the drug is tolerated well, If not, you are advised to consult to a neurologist once again !
