Headaches, Eye Pain, Lower Back Pain, Nauseated, Vomiting. What Is Wrong?

Hi!

I have been having a nagging persistent headache around my eye section extending to the temple areas for about 2 1/2 weeks. Also, I have lower back pains. When I try to get up it's like a pressing feeling there that runs cross-ward :(. I have been feeling nauseous and tried to induce vomiting but was unsuccessful. I usually have a bowel movement once per day, on rare occasions twice; however, since about 5 days now, I have been going three times a day!! I don't know what's wrong with me. I've been feeling bloated as well as if I will have my menstruation but it's not due for another 1 1/2 wks.

Please help?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The symptoms are suggestive of migraine headaches, even though the duration of symptoms is less.
At this point in time, you can take symptomatic treatment, such as diclofenac or ibuprofen for headaches and ondansetron for nausea/vomiting. If symptoms persist, please see your doctor.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
