Headaches, Dizziness, Excessive Thirst, Memory Loss, Fatigue, Confusion, Weakness. Causes For Symptoms?

ive been having lots of symptoms like headaches that seem to come and go, un quenchable thirst, dizziness , slight memory loss , extreme fatigue even though i got enough sleep and confusion that comes and goes. yesterday i was trying to get up from a nap to go to the bathroom and my legs couldnt hold me and i fell to the ground and passed out.
