Headaches And Severe Diarrhea With Abdominal Pain, Right Shoulder Pain, Cold And Hot Sweats. What To Do ?

I've had headaches and horrendous diarrhea for a few days now, which is always preceded by unbearable abdominal pain. However, I have recently started getting prolonged 9/10 pain which started in my right shoulder and has now moved to the center of my chest. As well as the pain symptoms I have been swinging between really cold and really hot and sweaty temperature-wise, when it has been a standard 20 Celsius outside. I'm hoping that this service isn't fake and I'm not dying a horrible diarrhea fuelled death.

Hello,

It seem to be Acute gastroenteritis which you may have acquired by any contamination of food.
The pain in the shoulder and chest may be due to dehydration.
Rehydrate well and consult a doctor.
