Headaches after 3 months of a head injury

Hello. I fell over 3 nights ago and hit my head and passed out, i was given CPR and put in the recovery position but not taken for any medical advice. I am still getting headaches on the right front side but mostly on the right back side, it feels sharp or as if it is being squeezed! I didnt go to the doctors as i had had a drink so was embarassed they would just blame it on that but am starting to get a little worried so any advice would be helpful. I am 21 years old and have no other medical problems. Thank you

General Surgeon 's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic
from th statement it seems that you need a consultation and clinical examination and some investigations to rule out any internal hemorrhage or other injury that needs specific treatment
do not delay consult a surgeon and take treatment as required

General & Family Physician Dr. Jyoti Jain's  Response
It would be advisable to get a CT Scan of the head because it is difficult to judge the extent of the injury externally.
