Headache With Rash On My Upper Lip And Penis. Is It HIV ?

Since last year August i have head ache..now is headache and something like rush on my upper lip,some on the ring of my penis ,So now am afraid for blood test bcoz i think is related to hiv ..So it might happen I have HIV?

you need not to worry about HIV
it is not a symptoms of HIV
so be relax and get yourself checked
there is allergic reaction or infection
so better to consult dermatologist
i dont think there is relation between headache and rash.

To know HIV IS THERE OR NOT ,it is very essential to know the way it spreads.
It basically spreads by sexual route or by blood transfusion,so did you have any blood transfusion by any means i.e. was injected using other patients syringe or
had sex with some one having hiv ,the best is to have an hiv test and if you think
something unanwered please write to healthcaremagic
