Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The usual dose is 1 or 2 tablets in 24 hours. The maximum dose will be 3 tablets in a day.

The side effects could be several and varied – but the common ones are - Allergy / swelling of feet / stomach upset / blood pressure and so on - similar to other NSAID (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs.

You sound worried! There is management for everything – even cancer nowadays has improved diagnostic and treatment techniques. Instead of worrying about the dose and side effects, you must concentrate on proper diagnosis of your problem. Neurologist is the one to stick to... There are specialists, exclusively for headache / migraine. There are new drugs for prophylaxis and rescue. You should be properly investigated and managed in a multi-speciality tertiary Care Hospital.

Take care
Wishing you speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
