Headache, Stuffy Nose, Red Spots On Roof Of Mouth With Sore And Itchy Throat. What's Going On?
I had a cold a few weeks ago but all symptoms went away but now I have been having troubles with my throat . Its soar and itchy earlier today backbof throat was red and bright yellow and now the yellowness has gone down but I have red spot on the roof of my mouth towards the back also have and headaches and ruuny/stuffy nose . I have no tonsils so cant tell if its swollen or not. What would cause all my symptoms?

The sign and symptom you describes is typical of sore throat which is pharyngitis. In phyringitis soar throat with redenning and bright yellow spots in the back of throat is there and along with this fever, cough, running nose and headache can be there.
Now phayringitis can be due to infection to virus or because of bacterial infection. This confirmation is important as there treatment of both is different and this can be done by consulting your doctor who will do the proper exmanination and if required investigation to make sure the cause of infection.
After making the confirmation only the doctor will prescibe you medication as per your condition. In the meantime you can do warm saline water gargle which will help to decrease the sign and symptom of pharyngitis.
