I have gone through your question and from my clinical experince I can say that it appears to be a case of atypical migraines/ very rare possibility is of a seizure disorder
Had I been treating you, I would get an MRI
Brain and an EEG done to rule out seizure. if these are negative, then you will surely get well with migraine treatment.
Usually, chronic cases like yours respond greatly to tricyclics acid and beta locker combination for some time and tapered down slowly.
so, first get a brain scan done and then go for medicines.
