Headache, Stomach Aches And Abdominal Cramps. At Night I Feel Cold And Shivering. What Does The Finding Mean?

Recently, I've been having an ongoing headache, as well as stomach aches and abdominal cramps (I'm 15, and a guy.), and I assumed it was a stomach flu, and that i'd be gone soon, but right now, I still have a headache. At night, I begin to get really cold and shiver, even though it's warm in our house, about 73* F. Then, when I wake up in the morning, I'm shivering in a cold sweat.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem descriptions. I suggest you not to worry too much,. Headache is very common and it comes due to stress or eye strain. For a young person like you there could not be any other reason. Stomach pain and cramps could be due to food or digestive disorder or the like and it could go off after some time. Having cold water helps both the conditions.

I think you slept with the anxiety about the headache and other pains which caused you to get panic when you sweated naturally while sleeping (mind you temperature was 73 F). Sweat do become cold if fan is ON. Don't worry and learn to think logically instead of worrying.

You might need psychological counseling., I am more than happy to provide telephone psychological counseling through healthcaremagic. Contact me through customer care, www.healthcaremagic.com.

Hope this clears your doubts.
Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
