Headache, Pain In Neck, Painful Knots, Neck Twitching. Underlying Cause?

Hi dr Samuel, im writing cause ive been having headaches and sharp pains through my head with the odd time of cold spots too. I have pain in my neck and also knots that are painful. Over a year ago i started having neck twitching ,like a tic i guess you can say and has now started with my arms too. what is going on with me?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The tics and headaches are generally not related. The fact that you have painful knots itself suggests that there is some infection as the lymphnodes get enlarged and infections do cause headache.
Regarding the tics, haloperidol is a good drug for the tics and you need to consult a neurologist or psychiatrist for the same.
