Neurologist 's  Response
Hi ,
based on your history it seems that you are suffering from sinusitis, ear infection ( otitis) with ear discharge and vertigo ( indicates labyrinthine involvement ) Now you have same sided headache it can be due to ear infection or spread of infection interiorly towards temporal lobe of brain. You need evaluation by Neurologist and require CT scan brain with temporal cuts with contrast. Based on that treatment needed to be initiated.

Meantime you require good antibiotics for seven days and ear care .Consult ENT surgeon too
