Headache, Numbness In Hand, Fearful Nightmares, Dry Mouth. What Could Be The Reason?

age 24 years sir i have light headness from 3 days.From this i can not constrate any thing. beside this i feel numbness in my hand and legs when cross leged. i have also nightmares which are very fearful and drymouth,headche. i did smoking from 2 years.and quit it from last 4 days...i always feel that i m to going faint and feel numbness.so please help me
