Headache ,neck Pain, Blurry Vision, Drifting While Walking
I have had a headache on the right side of my head with neck pain at the base of my skull and have experienced blurry vision . Also I had noticed that when I walk it is kinda of drifting to the right. This has happened today at work and was very scary. I still have the headache and painful neck. What should I do?
I have gone through the question carefully and the important points are- that you have pain I right side head, on base of skull right side, blurr vision , slight drift to right while walking, from today.
From my clinical experince I can say that you seem to have some neurological problem, and you should see a doctor atleast once. Had I been treating you, I would go for your Blood pressure reading, an MRI brain and some body movement tests.
Only after carefull examination and investigation one can pinpoint the diagnosis. I don't think it should be anything major as you have felt it only today. for pain I think you can take aceclofenac sodium.
So, first is to see a doctor.
Hope the reply helps you Feel free to ask more queries.
