Headache, Nausea, Heaviness In Head. Stopped Having Periods. Pressure In Ears. Allergy?
Hi doctor, I am 53 years old . My period have been stopped since three if not four years. Since a week I feel like heavy head but not headache , pressure on my eyes and feel like sleeping also I feel like nausea as if being in a long drive but not vomiting I also feel like little pressure on my ears do u refer these to allergy or what ? Thanks for ur response in advance.

This is not much related to peroids,Pl. start doing light excercise,take light food with more veges and fruits,get your thyroid profile checked and take some multivitamins
